Plaza Resort Bonaire consists of 96 standard suites. The accommodations are owned by private investors. Some of the units are currently for sale. As an owner of an accommodation at Plaza Resort Bonaire, you are entitled to use your accommodation free of charge during 4 weeks per calendar year. The other 48 weeks you are obliged to rent out your unit through Plaza Resort Bonaire. A certain percentage of the rental income that is generated in those 48 weeks ends up into the rental pool. All owners together own this rental pool and are member of the owners association. After costs like land lease, insurance and association costs, the rental pool is paid out to the owners (twice a year, in October and May). Investment opportunities start as low as US$ 80.000,- (buyers costs and on the basis of the exchange rate Euro 1 = US$ 1.32) Ownership of real estate at Plaza Resort Bonaire could be a very interesting investment!
