Northern Island Tour
The northern island tour is offered on Tuesdays from 8:45 AM to Noon at a cost of US $22.00 per person. This tour will take you via the tourist coast road to the Goto Lake. During this part of the trip you can enjoy the beautiful views over the coastal area while a professional guide explains the history of Bonaire and its flora and fauna. At the Goto Lake you will surely see the flamingos for which Bonaire is famous. The trip will take you to Rincon, the oldest settlement on the island. After leaving Rincon, you will visit the north-coast, where the Indians left their wall-paintings many years ago. Before returning to the resort you can enjoy a beautiful view over the island from one of Bonaire's highest hills: Seru Largu. During the tour there will be a number of stops at places of special interest and ample opportunities to take some pictures.
